Each cookie is packed with layers of peppermint bark, rich chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint, creating the perfect balance of minty and chocolaty goodness in every bite. To take them up a notch, we add a drizzle of melted white chocolate on top and add crushed candy canes, just to make them look fun and festive.
